Originally we thought it was the PRC valve but after the tech came out, Don realized it was a smart device that was attached to our system that was putting the water pressure into limp-mode. No parts needed, just advice and some laughs. You can’t go wrong with choosing Endurance Plumbing, highly recommend.
My new apartment was red tagged, had no hot water, heat, and gas was leaking. Don came on his day off and fixed everything for us. He replaced the whole water heater by himself.
